Irina is a Xaela born far from her ancestral homeland of the Azim Steppe, her birth mother having been exiled long before she was born. This left her with only small bits of her history told in the form of stories. Around the age of five Irina's mother vanished while visiting the area around Limsa Lominsa leaving her to fend for herself. It was around this time she was taken in by a retired Yellow Jacket who had been in the markets, giving the poor girl a home to grow up in with her adopted sisters Zirexia and Zabbia.

Her Drive
Irina actively seeks out knowledge to grow as a person and to learn about her heritage. She travels often to the Far East to inquire about the tribes and even visits the Steppe trying to learn about where her mother came from.

Communication
Because of her childhood tragedy Irina has shut herself away from most of the world, outside of her adoptive family and educators she may come off as cold and unfeeling to most

Magical Prodigy
From a young age she had shown an aptitude for magic and was enrolled in the arcanist guild once she was comfortable enough in her new situation. By her twelfth summer she already had exceptional mastery over both summoning and healing magics alike.

Limited Martial Skills
Irina is first and foremost a mage, she can wield a spear to some extent after some convincing from her sister as a means to protect herself in the even magic failed her.

Ways to Relax
Even as a child Irina always loved stories, be they tales of adventure or some flight of fancy meant to entertain the minds of the masses, so she can often be found in libraries or at an inn or guild reading or listening to those that care to boast.

She is the youngest of her siblings.
